The Shiny Things meets The Dip

The worst part about having too many ideas is that you tend to get so caught up with weighing all your options and end up doing nothing at all. This is something I deal with. I have so many ideas and aspirations that make my energy drain even if I think about them.

Every time I start exploring something new, I get a bit too involved. So much so that I get overwhelmed. And in that first sight of difficulty, I give it all up and switch to something else, and again, and again and the cycle never stops.

Maybe it's because I think I have a plan “b” of some sort which is why I get so comfortable giving the whole plan up. So I have thought that I will give up every idea of mine and focus on one thing only. A digital agency. This is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time. Why? It’s money baby. Agencies are great at generating revenue if you have the right team and know how to get clients. Both of which I don’t know, at all. However, that does know to mean that I cannot learn them.

I've decided that I am going to pursue this idea and forget everything else for the time being. I don't know what the agency will be about. How it will function. How to get clients or hir people or deliver work. But I know I want to start an agency.

Any suggestions, tips, tricks, resources, or guidance are highly appreciated and desperately needed.
